Very good show but...
Last summer, I saw Built to Spill opening for Rob Zombie. When I heard they were headlining a tour, I was in. Their performance was good, but a few things worked against them. The crowd had been partying for 3 hours by the time BTS came on because there were 3 opening acts. Personally, I was tired of standing. The set list had a lot of slow ballad style songs, like 5 in a row, although I like the theatrics and costume changes they had. The energy was lacking, and the crowd was dead. The band kept walking on and off the stage, and there was a bit too much downtime between songs. I enjoyed the show, but in the end, it was a bit slow at the end of a long night.
